Spring foraging workshop

About

Our spring foraging workshops take place at our headquarters in private woodland in Brede, a few miles north of Hastings. They are primarily focused on the lush spring plant growth: leaves, flowers and also some roots. It is mainly about food, but we also take a look at some plants and fungi of medicinal interest, plus any spring fungi which happen to be fruiting. A foraged lunch is supplied, and I will cook a couple of dishes over our campfire. These events are vegetarian-friendly, but not entirely vegan. 14 places per event. Start time is 10.30, ending about 2.30.
