1066 Country is part of Rother District Council (RDC).

All payments and invoices relating to services provided via this website are administered by Rother District Council (RDC). Certain data processing activities may also be carried out by RDC.

Memberships, Fees and Services

We do not currently offer any services or memberships for purchase directly through this website.

Any membership arrangements are managed offline by Rother District Council and     are subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be provided to members directly. Information about membership pricing and benefits is available on our website and may be confirmed to members prior to renewal.

If services or memberships are made available through this website in the future, separate terms and conditions will apply and will be made available at the relevant time.

Competitions and Promotions

From time to time we may run competitions, prize draws or other promotions through this site.

By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by:

(a)  These terms and conditions

(b)  Any specific terms and conditions relating to that competition.

General rules relating to such competitions and promotions are:

(a)  Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and must meet any other eligibility criteria and requirements set out in the relevant competition or in the promotion; and

(b)  We reserve the right to request proof of age and eligibility;

(c)   Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise;

(d)  We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary;

(e)  We may withdraw or amend a competition where reasonably necessary.

We are not responsible for:

(a)  Incomplete, lost or delayed entries;

(b)  Technical failures affecting entries;

(c)   The acts or omissions of third -party providers

If there is inconsistency between these general competition terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms and conditions will take precedence.

We may transfer this agreement to someone else

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.

Availability of site
