Submission Guidelines
1066 Country is a Destination Management Organisation that promotes that promotes tourism in this historic corner of East Sussex for domestic and international visitors. Our geographic area covers the coast from Pevensey to Camber, and inland towards Flimwell. This includes Battle, Bexhill, Bodiam, Camber, Hastings, Herstmonceux, Robertsbridge, Rye, Ticehurst and Winchelsea.
• We will only approve events that may be of interest to visitors to 1066 Country.
• We do not accept health, sports, wellbeing, or other community courses or classes.
• Event submitters must ensure they have copyright permissions for their image to be uploaded to our events calendar.
• For HASTINGS events only: We regret that due to a recent change in our funding structure we are currently only able to accept events in Hastings that are submitted by our members. Please consider becoming a member if you are a venue or an attraction.
