We invite you for the first time to explore the winemaker's library with Chief Winemaker Charlie Holland. Since our first vintage in 2006, we have laid down a small proportion of our wines to gently age over time with the view to studying their ageing potential. In these optimum conditions, our wines have developed rich and complex characteristics, with exciting possibilities to develop further into the future.
Set in our cosy tasting room, The Hide, you will be taken on a journey through the vintages, tasting some of our older wines, hand selected by Charlie. From his favourite and most expressive wines to the harder vintages which have developed into something exceptional, Charlie will take you through each wine and vintage. These special wines will then be paired with an equally special three-course lunch, created by Head Chef Anthony Coppard. This is an unmissable experience and the perfect opportunity to explore our oldest and most elusive wines.
This experience begins at 12.15pm and we expect the day to be concluded by 3.30pm. We recommend that you make any taxi arrangements in advance.
