Everyone can enjoy a fun step back in time at Tenterden’s Steam Railway. Why not take a journey behind one of the railway’s delightful steam or diesel engines and travel through ten and a half miles of idyllic countryside from Tenterden to Bodiam. The railway is in close proximity by road to a number of excellent attractions including famous gardens, historic houses and vineyards.
All facilities have been carefully designed with disabled, elderly and less mobile visitors in mind. For pre-booked groups coach parking is available at Tenterden Town Station.
TravelCards allow all day travel and are £18 for adults, £12 for children. Groups of 15 or more can enjoy a 10% discount on fares. Additional savings can also be made when bookings are made on the Pensioner’s Treat promotional days. The offer applies to anyone over 60.
