Immerse yourself with nature and explore the beautiful Tillingham estate. Join a group of like-minded individuals looking to reconnect with their bodies and minds and explore the transformational Wim Hof method.

Costing £95 per person

You will discover the theory and science of the method. Learn how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind. Explore the power of breath work and learn powerful breathing techniques, with guided deep breath work. You will also learn simple short practices that can reduce anxiety and stress levels. You will have the opportunity to take the plunge in an ice bath– all with the support and guidance of a certified Wim Hof instructor.
The programme begins with the story behind Wim Hof
You will explore the power of breath work and learn powerful breathing techniques, with a guided deep breath work journey.
You will be taught techniques that can dramatically reduce anxiety and stress levels.
Learn how to utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body and mind, and discover the underlying physiology.
The programme concludes with an (optional) ice bath.
The workshop is a profound but also fun, shared experience providing an enormous sense of achievement.
Everyone will Depart feeling de-stressed, having discovered new tools for life and on a high of happy hormones.
Full Day Programme
10am: Arrival and teas
10.30am: Science and theory of Breathwork, Hormetic stress response, explore breathing techniques
12 pm: Deep Guided breathwork experience
1 pm: Nourishing lunch included
2pm: Science and benefits of cold therapy, Practical guide to home set up. Learn the 3 step protocol
3pm: Ice bath (Optional!)
4pm: Group sharing and closing
