The eagerly anticipated 2022 International Composers Festival, the only one of its kind in the world, will take place at the prestigious De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill from May 20th to May 22nd. It will celebrate music of passion and melody created by living composers from all over the globe, many of whom will be attending.
The pieces will be performed by the International Festival Orchestra, a unique combination of professional musicians and soloists and exceptional local talent, under distinguished conductor John Andrews.
There will be four concerts over the three days: one will feature carefully selected works from hundreds submitted by international composers; another will feature chamber music; a third will have performances of thrilling music from film, TV and computer games; and the fourth will be a family concert of songs and dances from around the world.
