Join JoJo Hancock of Yoga Creative to honour the Autumn Equinox, the exquisite moment in nature's cycle where light and dark come into perfect balance. This workshop explores that same point of balanced action in your yoga practice: the sweet spot between effort and ease, inhale and exhale, movement and stillness.
In this two hour workshop, JoJo will guide you to connect with your breath, body and inner rhythm through a gently flowing vinyasa sequence, grounding yin postures and deep rest in yoga nidra — so you leave feeling centred, nourished and ready for the season ahead.
The workshop ends with complimentary refreshments in the snug where you can ask Saori any questions, and connect with community.
