Voted Small Hotel of the Year 2024 by Visit England, The Gallivant behind Camber Sands is one of the first hotels in the UK to be awarded a Michelin Key, and lives up to the hype.
The sand between your toes. Sky and beach as far as your eyes can see. Wonderful food made with love. Deeply comfortable beds in beautifully thought out bedrooms. The Gallivant is a Boutique Hotel across the road from the dunes and the beautiful beach of Camber Sands.
In the kitchen, preparing delicious food is a passion. Ingredient led, flavour driven, it takes its inspiration from the grand European / British tradition using the best local, hyper seasonal produce. The relaxed, yet charming dining room has a real sense of occasion, particularly at night with food that celebrates our location.
To compliment your stay the Bamford mini spa is a relaxing oasis nestled in a corner of the coastal garden, the place for soothing facials and relaxing massages.
There is always a full timetable of yoga and wellness classes as well as many special events, from foraging to wild swimming. Classes are held in our beautiful studio, The Open Space or when the weather is kind, on the beach overlooking the beach.
Choose to stay the night with breakfast included from £215 or with dinner and breakfast from £335. Whatever you decide, complimentary yoga is always on offer.
We welcome everyone 16 and over.
From Junction 10 of the M20, follow the A2070 to Brenzett. At Brenzett take the A259 to Rye. ½ mile before Rye there is a left turn to Camber.
