Our Late Disgorged wines are some of our most complex and interesting. These special vintage wines have been aged on their lees for almost a decade. As they mature, gently gaining depth and complexity, we regularly taste them to see how they're developing. When they're judged to be perfectly balanced, the wines are released.
Throughout your experience, you'll enjoy a selection of wines, each with different qualities gained from extended lees ageing. You'll sample these in our cosy tasting room through a tutored masterclass, followed by a delicious three-course seasonal menu accompanied by carefully paired wines.
