About

Iconic St. Leonards-based artist, model, and muse, Sue Tilley, curates Together We Draw - an exhibition of artworks created by people in Hastings and around the world during lockdown, as part of her weekly live-streamed show 'Life Drawing with Sue Tilley' on Isolation Station.

The show saw Sue invite a different infamous friend each week to pose as a model and interview subject, as viewers made portraits in real time from their own homes. Guests included actress Michelle Collins, nightlife royalty Princess Julia and legendary DJ Fat Tony, with thousands of portraits created between March 2020 & March 2021.

This unique exhibition is a chance to see a selection of the works during the show's run created by local Hastings people alongside international viewers, each one a documentation of their own lockdown experience.

Discover and celebrate the creativity of this online community, built through the shared experience of life (drawing!) in lockdown.

Together We Draw is produced and funded by Home Live Art in collaboration with Hastings Museum and Art Gallery and Isolation Station Hastings.

'Life Drawing with Sue Tilley' was funded by Isolation Station Hastings and co-produced with Home Live Art.
