More details for the 2023 festival will be announced shortly.
BATTLE FESTIVAL is a firm fixture on South East England's cultural calendar, winning public and critical acclaim. The festival stages performances in iconic settings such as Battle Abbey, the site of the Battle of Hastings, and attracts world-class performances and audiences to 1066 Country. In 2023 the festival will offer classical music concerts, opera, a jazz weekend and a family friendly community day.
Tickets go on sale for the Jazz Weekend in February and are sure to sell out fast.
The Battle Scarecrow Competition runs for three weeks and forms part of the festival.
