The Sussex Guild is exhibiting over the August Bank Holiday weekend at Pashley Manor Gardens, described as one of the finest gardens in England.
Guild designers will be showing their work in a large marquee in front of the Grade I listed oak framed Tudor house. You'll have a chance to chat to the makers of beautifully handmade ceramics, furniture, textiles, jewellery, woodwork, glass, metalwork and more. Work can be purchased or specially commissioned.
The award winning gardens at Pashley are quintessentially English, nestled in picturesque countryside. Imaginative blends of planting abound, and the "hot" borders are at their peak in high summer. Wander through colour-themed garden "rooms" and discover vistas, fountains, ponds and fine old trees. Plants can be bought at the gift shop.
Produce from the Kitchen Garden can be sampled with delicious locally sourced ingredients at the excellent Garden Room Café and terrace. Entry to the gardens and the show: special price of £13.50.
