Runners at Bewl Water

About

The popular New Year's Day race returns once more to the stunning surroundings of Bewl Water Reservoir. The 2021 race is ON and it will be held under new Covid-safe guidelines.

The perfect way to bring in the New Year - this challenging run takes you around the picturesque Bewl Water Reservoir. Blow away those New Year's Eve cobwebs with a choice of 5k or 10k. The course is not only beautifully scenic, but also flat – the perfect opportunity to test your pace. If the heads are still clear, PB's are likely! The Lamberhurst 10k or 5k is also a great chance for those new to running to experience the excitement of race day.

The race features chip timing and prizes will be awarded to the leading runners and age category winners. A bespoke medal will be on offer for every finisher. You can also pre – order your technical souvenir t-shirt for £12.

The race had a field of over 500 runners this year so it promises to be a great race! Get yourselves booked in, and let's start the New Year strong and get 2021 off to a flying start! https://www.nice-work.org.uk/races/lamberhurst-new-years
