The 22nd Rye Bay Scallop Week will take place from Saturday 21 February to Sunday 1 March 2026.

This much‑loved event in Rye, East Sussex is the perfect chance to enjoy exceptional seafood. Throughout the week, restaurants in and around Rye create and serve a wide variety of delicious scallop dishes, celebrating the flavour and quality of local Rye Bay scallops.

Scallops are often available in many local restaurants throughout the wider scallop season, so if you can’t wait for Scallop Week, check with the venues listed on this site to see if they currently have them on the menu.
