About

Unlock your creativity this summer with our Indian Block Printing Workshops, hosted by printmaker Sarah from Sarita Prints Joy. Taking place inside Bateman's house, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the art of woodblock printing to design and create your very own cushion cover.

You'll begin by selecting from a collection of beautifully hand-carved Indian woodblocks and a vibrant palette of paint colours. Experiment with layouts on a paper template before hand-printing your unique design onto a cream cotton 50x50cm square cushion cover to take home and enjoy.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, Sarah will guide you through every step, with all materials provided.

Friday 11 July & Saturday 12 July, 10.30 am to 1pm. £50 per person, with refreshments provided on arrival. There are 8 people per session, and admission is included.
