Join Master Sommelier Laura Rhys for an exclusive insight into the world of Chardonnay and how this grape influences the wines we make here at Gusbourne. Chardonnay is an incredibly versatile variety and one which showcases a broad and complex range of flavours. We will explore this variety by taking a detailed look into both the winery and our library - from sampling base wines in the early stages of winemaking, to young and older vintages of both still and sparkling wines from across our finished portfolio. A three-course lunch will follow with wine pairings.
We will finish the day with the opportunity to purchase a selection of these rare wines, some of which are very limited and only available to guests on the day.
