Barefoot Opera's sparkling production of Rossini's La Cenerentola (Cinderella), touring this summer. This is award-winning company Barefoot Opera's first show in Rye!
A dynamic, playful retelling of the classic tale of Cinderella, this is Rossini's effervescent comedy with a contemporary twist.
Expect all the hallmarks of a Barefoot Opera show: high quality music, a dynamic international cast of young singers, a small on-stage band delivering the score, complete with double bass and clarinet, and a contemporary take on a classic tale.
With support from Arts Council of England.
Tickets £20 from the Barefoot Opera website. Kids under 12 go free if accompanied by an adult. Doors open 7pm. Bar available.
