Join John Stirk for an awakening full day immersive, exploring the energetic field using subtle Yoga practices. The day comprises of two 150 minute workshops (with refreshment break) where you will dive deeper into your Yoga practice – beyond just movement.
In John's words: "The inner energy field of the body is continuous with a unified and unifying energy field that pervades and encompasses all things. As we feel into our inner field, we awaken a way of being that dissolves the barriers that dull our awareness of the inseparability of both fields. This workshop uses subtle practices that awaken our deep connection to the field at large. We are of the field it is our ultimate foundation. Here lies profound and transformative energy."
