About

Explore one of the UK’s finest landscapes during the High Weald Walking Festival,
from Saturday 14 to Sunday 22 September 2019. Join knowledgeable guides on inspiring walks, most of which are free of charge.

Walk themes cover wildlife, wellbeing, local history, literature, archaeology and geology.
Whether you're a novice or an experienced walker, with 50 walks to choose from, there's something for everyone and all ages to enjoy in the High Weald's stunning scenery.

This year our Festival Launch is being held at The Hub in Bodiam on Saturday 14 September. Six walks set off from this lovely barn cafe in the Sussex countryside with the
Walking Festival team onsite – come and see us!

Most of our festival walks are free of charge.
