Join us for a special evening in collaboration with Tilsmore Local Winery, beginning amongst the trees as the sun begins to set.
The evening starts a guided tasting of three sparkling wines from Iona, the Founder of Tilsmore. You’ll hear the story of the local folktale of the devil and the bishop and then enjoy a woodland walk as you make your way towards dinner, in our private dining room.
Expect good food, local wine, and a little mystery along the way.

Expect dishes like smoked aubergine and flat bread, venison with pickled black berries, Jerusalem artichoke puree, garden greens and white & brown crab with burnt apple, spring onion, chilli, lavash.
Each ticket includes food, a welcome sparkling wine and wine tasting.
