Gusbourne Wine & Taco Pop-up

About

Join us this September to dine in our beautiful Boot Hill Garden and enjoy Mexican street food at its finest, with local vendor Punk Tacos. Made from scratch and with the freshest ingredients, the versatility of fillings and flavours to choose from are guaranteed to delight the senses, enhanced further by the perfect pairing with one of our award-winning sparkling and still wines. You'll be welcomed with a glass of our classic Brut Reserve and seated at your table overlooking our Boot Hill vineyard where you can then choose one of the superb taco fillings from the selection below:

-Ancho Chicken - Ancho grilled chicken topped with pink onions, red cabbage slaw, toasted pumpkin seed and chimichurri.

-Just Like Honey Habanero – Pulled pork shoulder infused in orange, honey, and habanero. Topped with pink onions, Punk mango habanero sauce, and lime spiked sour cream.

-Sweet Potato (v) - Sweet potato with feta cheese, spring onions, toasted pumpkin seeds and salsa macha.

-Mushroom Mosh (vg) - Chipotle portobello mushroom with guacamole, pineapple and tomato salsa and lime spiked vegan yoghurt.

You are more than welcome to purchase additional wines by the glass or by the bottle, either to share at your table or to take away with you. Please select your arrival timeslot when booking (12pm, 12.30pm, 1pm or 1.30pm).
