Join movement artist and educator David Kam for a movement practice that expands yoga beyond traditional postures into play and expression.
This 2 hour masterclass is for anyone looking to explore movement as raw human expression, unbounded by the mat — rolling, crawling, inverting, and engaging with space and others in unexpected ways. Flow takes precedence over form.
Participants can expect flowing, playful movement to discover joy, freedom and 'wild permission' to move in your own way. No choreography, no pressure — just space to move, feel and flow.
The workshop ends with complimentary refreshments in the snug where you can ask David any questions, and connect with community.
