The Pub is open every day for lunch, dinner and drinks, with the kind of classics that remind you why you like pub food in the first place. A variety of dishes and drinks means you could have something different every day of the year and still have a few to discover.

Snacks like oysters, mussels on toast, a sausage roll and a scotch egg. Mains of schnitzel, fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, and a burger or two. Then puddings of sticky toffee, chocolate mousse and local cheese. All washed down with a local Sussex lager, wine, or cocktail.

The Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner every day, and for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. The menu is British, with a nod to French flair, and changes depending on what’s growing in our gardens, what’s in season locally, and what’s fresh out of the East Sussex sea.
