Join John at The Gallivant for his 'Source' workshop.
John has been teaching in the UK and internationally for 45 years.
He is the author of several books, notably The Original Body, Primal Movement for Yoga Teachers (2015) and Deeper Still, Authentic Embodiment for Yoga teachers (2021).
He highlights the power of group work and the insight that arises within the group field, pointing to the physiological, psychological, and spiritual value of group energy and our potential for 'moving beyond' when practicing in the company of others.
This practical workshop invites transformation on all levels by engaging with the subtleties of physical sensation.
Using gentle exercise, you will explore the inherent intelligence that represents the foundation of our existence.
