The bells will be jangling at The Brewery Yard Club when we give a warm Rye welcome to these amazing morris dancers from the nearby village of Woodchurch in Kent! Join in the merriment on this (hopefully) balmy August night outside in the yard.
If you'd never witnessed the spectacle before, this group dance in the traditional 'Cotswold' style in sets of six or eight dancers, waving handkerchiefs and clashing sticks, all accompanied by lively traditional folk music. It's a real summer English tradition not to be missed!
There will be real ale on offer and if the audience is receptive, expect sea shanties and earthy country songs to finish off the evening.
