About

WHAT: Discover the secrets of using hedgerow herbs, fruit, seeds and flowers to make wonderful wild cocktails with the author of Difford's Bartenders' guide to foraging.

We'll take a circular foraging walk in the beautiful Three Oaks countryside to identify edible wild botanicals. You'll pick garnishes and taste delicious wild drinks ingredients.

At the village hall, professional forager Sarah will show you how to mix delectable cocktails and give you ideas for foraged booze infusions, then you'll mix your own wild cocktail to savour on the terrace.

WHERE: Three Oaks village hall, near Hastings - just a couple of minutes walk from Three Oaks railway station and the Three Oaks Pub.

Start/finish times have been set to fit with the Sunday train timetable as far as possible.

HOW MUCH: Booking is in advance at £45pp. NB. this course is for over 18s only.
