As we move through late spring and prepare to burst into the full light of summer, there's a natural increase in energy, movement, and momentum in nature and within the body.
This 2.5 hour immersion is the opportunity to create space within your mind and body to match your internal capacity with the expansion of the season, so you can fully receive the overflow, adventure, and active energy of summer.
Through guided breathwork and somatic awareness, you'll be supported to:
* release held tension and protective patterns
* expand your nervous systems capacity to be present
* build a deeper sense of safety and security
* make space for what you're calling in
* Slow down before the busyness of the summer
