Join Natasha Nandini for an informative and inspiring 2 hour Yoga masterclass on cultivating the body's digestive energy and capacity for release. True digestion goes beyond food. It is the process of breaking down all we consume—meals, media, and experiences—into useful fuel, while letting go of what isn't needed. This essential process of release is what creates the internal space necessary for transformation.
Expect yoga postures that create a stable foundation, as well as those which awaken and support the digestive organs. Breathing practices that kindle energy while calming the nervous system. Movement to encourage circulation and elimination, supporting metabolic flow, as well as periods of stillness to allow for absorption and integration.
After the masterclass enjoy complimentary refreshments at the Gallivant where you can connect to like-minded community and ask Natasha any questions.
