Flow Yoga to Live Music

About

Join our Yoga teacher Melanie McNie for a unique and immersive Vinyasa Yoga workshop, where movement and music intertwine to create a truly memorable experience. Joined by violinist Hana Miyagi and guitarist Alan King, you will flow to the melodic rhythm of live improvised music inspired by Indian ragas.

This 2-hour workshop will begin with grounding breathwork, before unfolding into a choreographed Vinyasa Yoga, moving from floor-based work into expansive movement pathways which will mirror the energy of the live music. Expect moments of softness and moments of power – woven together to bring harmony to body, breath and mind.

This masterclass is suitable for all levels of experience, and especially for those who enjoy dance and movement. You will leave feeling energised, relaxed and uplifted through the combination of yoga and music. After class, enjoy complimentary refreshments in The Snug, with the chance to connect, share and soak up the post-practice glow with like-minded community.
