Join Jean Hall for a unique workshop to explore the rich world of slow low flow.
This workshop is for everybody to reconnect to the natural flow state. Slowing down is one of the most immediate ways that we can accelerate our skills, growth and development. Getting low to the ground regulates the nervous system and offers extra support and transitional stability.
When we move slower and lower, we can more readily bring attention and energy into growing whatever we are focusing on. As a result, our embodied awareness deepens which helps lessen anxiety, and enables us to notice and appreciate the small, yet exquisite details within our body and mind and world around us.
Participants can expect from this workshop: breath awareness, somatic movement and reflection, as well as breath-focused asana flow and relaxation.
