Join our Yoga teacher India Williams for an immersive masterclass exploring the 7 main chakras (energy centres) through Yoga Asana (postures), Mantra, Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation and more.
During this fun and informative 2 hour workshop you will learn about the characteristics of each chakra, and how they impact everyday life – physically, mentally and spiritually. Flowing through specialised practices for each chakra (rising from root to crown) you will leave this masterclass feeling balanced, relaxed and energised – as well as more aware of your own inner energetic system!
This class is suitable for all levels of experience, and takes place in our fully-equipped studio 'The Open Space'. Afterwards, enjoy complimentary refreshments in The Snug, where you have time to ask India any questions about the practice, as well as connect with like-minded community.
