About Myeloma UK (Registered Charity No. SC026116)
Myeloma, also known as multiple myeloma, is a blood cancer arising from plasma cells. At any one time there are around 24,000 people living with myeloma in the UK. It accounts for 15 per cent of blood cancers, and two per cent of all cancers. Myeloma mainly affects those over the age of 65, however it has been diagnosed in people much younger.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men.
More than 52,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year on average – that's 143 men every day.
Every 45 minutes one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 12,000 men every year.
1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.
Around 475,000 men are living with and after prostate cancer.
About the Quiz!
Doors 7.30pm for an 8pm start for the quiz. £5 per person, teams of up to 6 max! Your host Rachael has devised a most excellent series of rounds, including audio/visual to challenge you and many local businesses have been extremely generous in donating fabulous raffle prizes.
We have our great value supper special on offer for the evening - a delicious Charcuterie and Cheese platter and a bottle of wine for just £30! Suitable to be shared between two people. Prebooking is essential - simply a purchase as many 'Supper Special' tickets you require in addition to your admission tickets.
