Join Anna Taylor for a morning masterclass bringing mindfulness and compassion to the heart of the Yoga practice. Making the practice a place of refuge, rather than a space for performance or perfection. This workshop teaches how you can offer yourself a safe haven for care and connection; regardless of how you are feeling.
In this 2 hour Yoga masterclass you will explore how qualities of mindful awareness (e.g. openness, patience, non-judgment, acceptance, equanimity, kindness) can enhance your yoga practice. Through both slow, flowing movement, breathwork, meditation and restorative rest, you will explore ways of cultivating self-compassion before extending this quality of kindness back out into the world.
The workshop is accessible to people of all levels of experience and those new to yoga are most welcome. After class, enjoy complimentary refreshments in The Snug, where you can ask Anna questions, and connect with like-minded community.
