This immersive 3-hour workshop experience, blends the traditional method with modern functional movement and biomechanics to make progress safer, more efficient, and sustainable.
In this masterclass you will work through an in depth exploration of the postures in the Primary series and selected Second series, break down approaches to mastering challenging transitions and postures as well as receive expert, hands-on and verbal adjustments.
