The Wild Mushroom Restaurant is located on the outskirts of Westfield village, just outside Hastings, offering a secluded and intimate dining experience for all. It has established a reputation for exceptional food based on using wild and natural, seasonal and local ingredients including local meat, Rye Bay and Hastings fish and shellfish.
Opened in 1998, in a converted Sussex farmhouse, by Paul and Rebecca Webbe, we offer modern English cuisine mastered by Paul Webbe and presented by Head Chef, Chris Weddle. Not to be missed are our monthly Gourmet Dinner and Wine Events.
See also our other restaurants Webbe's Rock-a-Nore and Webbe's at the Fish Cafe.
