PowderMills Hotel




The PowderMills is an 18th Century Country Hotel in 150 acres of beautiful parklands and lakes, situated close to the historic town of Battle adjoining the famous battlefield of 1066.
Once the site of a famous gunpowder works, the property has been skillfully converted into a fascinating country hotel. There are 48 individually decorated ensuite bedrooms and junior suites, many with 4 poster beds.
In the renowned 2 AA Rosette Orangery Restaurant modern English cooking is offered for light lunches, luncheon and dinner every day. The hotel can cater for weddings, conferences, and private parties up to 250.

From London on the M25 take the A21 directions to Hastings. At John's cross take the A2100 to Battle. Drive through the town of Battle, take first turning right just before Battle train station into Powdermill Lane. Down the lane 1 mile. Hotel on the right hand side after sharp bend.
