A Grade II listed Gothic mansion in a spectacular setting, Greyfriars offers you a unique stay in Winchelsea. The grounds include rare abbey ruins, a listed monument and views to the Englsih Channel. This private residence has two self-contained cottages in its adjoining wing, Eagle's Nest and Heron's Wood.

The Location

Greyfriars is on the edge of picturesque Winchelsea in the heart of 1066 Country. There is a farm shop and pub a short stroll away. Winchelsea beach is a mile away, Rye 2 miles, and the famous sand dunes of Camber Sands 6 miles.
