This modern holiday home is both family friendly and dog friendly and only a short walk from Camber Sands beach.
There are three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 adults. Accommodation is spread over three floors with an open plan ground floor and a play room/ snug on the first floor with balcony. The three bedrooms each have zip-and-link beds, two bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, the third bedroom is opposite the bathroom. There is also a garage for storage of sports equipment, bikes and buggies. The sunny garden is fully fenced, there is a gas BBQ, outside dining and deck chairs. There is off road parking for two cars in the drives.
Several dining options are within a short walk including The Owl and The Gallivant, both highly recommended. Picturesque Rye, just 3 miles away, has a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, and pubs, as well as a range of independent shops.
The house is equipped with travel cots, changing mats, high chairs, stair gates, steam steriliser etc. to make holidaying with a young family as stress-free as possible. There are also plenty of indoor and outdoor toys and games and a table football in the garage.
Rye station is a 10-minute taxi journey away. Nearest bus stop is 200 metres away.
