Anna Taylor is a senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness & Compassion Instructor and author based in North London. 25 years ago yoga became an important part of Anna's daily routine to feel calmer, stronger, more grounded through busy London life.
Since her initial teacher training in 2008 she has loved sharing these practices; enabling others to also live with greater balance and ease. She feels passionately about equipping people with simple, yet practical tools to incorporate into their daily lives.
In the winter months, nature is inviting us to slow down, to lessen productivity and 'doing' and to soak up more stillness. Modern life however doesn't always allow us to follow these natural rhythms.
In this 2-hour workshop Anna will help you find the space to do just that, to let go of focussing on your output, and allow your precious care and attention to fold back inwards towards yourself.
