Visit Pevensey Castle on VE-Day 80 on Thursday 8 May.

Day time guided talks at 11am and 2pm about Pevensey Castle a second world war operation and command post. (Included in ticket to the castle, and free to English Heritage members).

Join the commemorative evening 8:30pm refreshements purchased from the gatehouse by the moat bridge.

9:30pm national lighting of the lamp of peace and raise a glass and singing of "I vow to thee my country".
