This year Santa's Elves have built special booths in his Grotto for you, just like at the Opera so you can have one to yourselves or share with your family.
You'll be greeted at the door at the time of your booking and have your tickets redeemed by Sprout the Elf. Once settled into your booths in the magical festive barn, you'll join in with songs and mischief before meeting the big man himself. The experience lasts roughly 45 minutes.
Your ticket includes access to the Rare Breeds Centre and the 100 acres, Meet the Animals and all the playparks on the day you've booked, so you can arrive any time from 10am.
