Our Mexican cooking class is an adventure in preparing and tasting modern Mexican dishes and geared for curious foodies.
Get ready for a fun-filled and inspiring food day that will start with delicious soup and soft tacos then an overview of authentic Mexican ingredients and an introduction to the cuisines of Mexico.
Next, participate in the hands- on making of 2 different dishes and authentic drinks.
The class will culminate in a full Mexican late lunch of the dishes you helped
prepare a true comida fuerte!
You'll take home a recipe booklet of the dishes taught that day so you can practice and impress your guests back home!
Our classes offer enough variety to appeal to those with certain food likes or dislikes but any real food allergies should be brought to our attention during booking time.
