Hastings Old Town Carnival Week returns with a week of exciting events from live performances to fancy dress litter picks, open houses, historical tours and art shows, topped off with the grand carnival procession (this year with the earlier start time of 3pm). The theme of this year's festival is 'Thank You' as a way of acknowledging the outstanding work of members of the NHS and community groups throughout the pandemic.
