Tim Wildman is not only a bonafide Master of Wine but also one of the nicest and most interesting guys in the business. Join him, and The Bottle of Hastings wine buyer Ruth Spivey, as they chat about Tim's latest project 'Lost in a Field' - a mission to to make an English pet nat from heritage varieties whilst reviving long forgotten vineyards.
As well as the chat your ticket will include a glass of Tim's inaugural vintage of 'Frolic', plus samples of 'Astrobunny' (his Australian pet nat) and a range of other home grown pet nats by Tim's contemporaries.
