This summer, all over the county, we are inviting women to come along and #HaveAHit. This is an opportunity like never before for more women who have never played cricket to just come along and have a go.
Soft Ball Cricket is about getting out and playing with maximum fun and minimum fuss. No pads, no hard ball, no heavy bat, no head-scratching rules and definitely no judgment. It's a game for absolutely all women, no matter their skill level, fitness, or age.
Turn up for free and we promise you a warm welcome, a free T-shirt, music, drinks and food, all the best things about a festival. There will be small teams of 6-8 players, with lots of quick games where everyone is involved. So why not bring friends, family, a sports team, or even a work team down on 12 August from 1pm to 5pm. No problem if you want to sign up on your own, we'll find a team for you and introduce you to new friends.
