About The Seadog
Located opposite Hastings railway station, lies The Seadog. A truly independent pub, this is a proper boozer with a touch of Irish charm - Vibes are laid-back and friendly, with an emphasis on good beer, great food, local community, and great craic! The Seadog shows all major live sporting events, with an emphasis on rugby and hosts live music sessions at least once a week.
Indie beer is king at The Seadog, with 13 taps of rotating beers from the UKs finest independent breweries from hop-heavy-weights such as Drop Project, Pressure Drop, The Kernel, as well as local favourites, Beak, Floc, Brewing Brothers and Three Legs, to name a few. More mainstream names are on tap too, not forgetting the black stuff - Guinness! Cocktails and the usual pub pours can be found alongside a solid wine list which includes some specialist natural wines and some exceptional local wines from surrounding vineyards.
The Food
The food offering is just as exciting, with a variety of exceptional home-made Singaporean dishes, from Bao buns to Rendang curry, courtesy of The Seadog’s permanent kitchen residency – Orchard Road. The menu is ever changing, bar a few signature staples, and is perfect for sharing with friends. On Sunday’s is the very popular roast.
