Beside The Sea Holidays is a family-run holiday letting agency specialising in beautiful coastal stays in Camber Sands, East Sussex. We’re Richard & Sophie, hands-on local hosts who look after a small, carefully chosen collection of holiday cottages and beach houses in Camber - the perfect base for dunes, sea air, big skies and proper “shoes off, straight to the beach” holidays.

Camber is famous for its wide sandy beach and rolling dunes, and our properties are all about making the most of that setting: relaxed, comfortable homes where you can truly switch off. Whether you’re planning a romantic break, a family beach holiday, or a few days of fresh-air dog walks and cosy evenings in, we’ll help you find a place that fits.

What makes us different is how personal and practical we are. We don’t just list homes - we actively care for them. From presentation and pricing through to housekeeping, maintenance coordination and guest support, we’re involved at every step. Guests get friendly, human communication (no call centres, no copy-and-paste scripts), and owners know their property is being looked after as if it were our own.
