Chris New's The Pilgrim Plays charts the journey of Stink. An outcast and a fool who is struggling to find love, fleeing from death, and all the while being moo'd upon by cows, Stink faces the ultimate question: can he become our most unlikely hero?
Following a year of development here at The Stables - and with guidance and support of the National Theatre's Studio - Chris' trilogy has evolved into its final form, The Pilgrim Plays. These plays will now embark on an exciting tour all over the UK concluding with Chris walking the plays on foot for six months from Land's End to John O'Groats.
