Soft Machine brings its unmistakable blend of electric jazz fusion, progressive experimentation and virtuosic musicianship to the Printworks. Expect expansive improvisation, hypnotic grooves and the kind of musical conversation that can only come from artists who have spent decades learning the language.
Artist Bio
Few bands occupy such a unique place in British music history as Soft Machine. Emerging from the Canterbury scene in the late 1960s, the group helped redefine the possibilities of jazz, rock and improvisational music — creating a sound that remains influential more than half a century later.
